Hi, I'm Kiara. For over five years, I’ve helped solve problems and build systems in the corporate world. As a business analyst, I was the bridge between customers and technical teams: I listened to what people needed, translated it into clear requirements, and helped deliver solutions that worked in practice. My work in human-centered design and project coordination kept the user experience in view. For the past three years, I’ve worked as a data analyst and data engineer, building data solutions that make information useful for better decisions.
This work is personal. I once ran a business and handled all the admin myself. It became unsustainable, and I had to close it when I no longer had the capacity to keep going alone. I don’t want other business owners to feel they have to choose between serving clients and keeping up with operations. I started Key Systems Partner to help create the connected, sustainable systems that give a business more room to run and grow.
I believe business owners deserve clear information to make confident decisions about what’s working and where to grow. Outside of work, I love to travel and take photographs; the images on this site are my own. Travel has broadened my perspective and inspired me to build a business I can run from anywhere.
